摘　　要：开展高职院校辅导员绩效评价十分重要,因该项工作起步较晚,还存在一些问题。本文从实际出发,提出这些问题的解决策略,对于高职院校更好地适应新时期发展需求有一定意义。It is of great importance to conduct performance evaluation of the counselors in higher vocational colleges.Since the work starts relatively late,there are some problems.Starting from the realistic facts,this paper proposes solutions to these problems,which are of certain significance for higher vocational colleges to better meet the development needs in the era.
