摘　　要：Psoriatic arthritis(PsA)is a chronic,systemic inflammatory disease that affects peripheral and axial joints,entheses,skin,and nails.It seriously reduces the quality of life and psychosocial function.Although tumor necrosis factor inhibitors(TNFi)significantly improve patient outcomes in PsA,there is still a significant unmet need.
