摘 要:为研究大直径盾构在淤泥地层下穿民房群施工控制措施,本文通过现场监测和数值模拟方法,分析了盾构下穿期间的掘进参数控制及地表变形情况;同时在隧道与地面建筑之间施作隔离桩控制民房群沉降,对隔离桩保护房屋措施的有效性进行了研究,结果表明:(1)隔离桩能有效控制盾构施工引起的下穿段建筑物沉降,桩长30.85m时,房屋最大沉降-0.4mm,相对无隔离桩时的沉降减少了26.7mm;(2)隔离桩距离隧道越近,控制建筑物沉降的效果越明显,隔离桩到隧道距离从13m减小到1m,房屋最大沉降从-1.39mm减小至-0.43mm;(3)依据试验段与数值模拟结果优化下穿段盾构掘进参数,通过设置隔离桩,本工程盾构穿越后地面建筑沉降普遍控制在-6mm以内,保证了施工安全。To investigate the construction control measures of large-diameter shield tunneling through residential buildings in silt strata,this paper analyzes the excavation parameter control and surface deformation through on-site monitoring and numerical simulation methods.Additionally,isolation piles were installed between the tunnel and ground structures to control the settlement of residential buildings.The effectiveness of isolation pile protection measures for houses was evaluated.The results showed that:(1)Isolation piles can effectively control the settlement of underpass buildings caused by shield tunneling.When the pile length is 30.85m,the maximum settlement of houses is-0.4mm,which is 26.7mm less than the set-tlement without isolation piles;(2)The closer the isolation pile is to the tunnel,the more significant the effect of controlling building settlement.When the distance between the isola-tion pile and the tunnel is reduced from 13m to 1m,and the maximum settlement of the house decrease from-1.39mm to-0.43mm;(3)Based on the experimental section and numerical simulation results,the parameters of the shield tunneling in the lower section were optimized.By setting isolation piles,the ground building settlement after the shield tunneling in this pro-ject was generally controlled within-6mm,ensuring construction safety.
