摘  要:手性是自然界普遍存在的一种现象,也是有机化学教学中的重要组成部分。当前的本科教学阶段,关于不对称催化的知识侧重于手性的基本概念和判断方法,忽视了如何构建手性分子。本实验以可见光照射下α-羟基-β-酮酸酯的不对称合成为切入点,将有机光化学和不对称催化这2个学科前沿热点有效结合,拓展本科生实验教学范围。通过本实验,学生一方面可以了解前沿学科知识,提升有机化学的学习兴趣,另一方面学习薄层色谱分析法、柱层析法以及相关仪器的使用操作。此外,学生还能够将理论知识运用到实际的产物结构分析中,锻炼主观能动性、提高实践能力和增强环保意识。Chirality is a common phenomenon in nature,and many natural products and ac-tive ingredients of pharmaceuticals have chiral structural units.Through asymmetric catalytic strategies,chiral molecules can be synthesized to address relevant needs in pharmaceuticals and other areas.At the current undergraduate teaching level,knowledge about asymmetric catalysis only focus on the basic concepts and judgment methods of chirality,while neglecting how to con-struct chiral molecules.Therefore,it is an important direction to supplement modern experi-mental teaching content of organic chemistry by effectively integrating the frontier hot topics of the discipline into undergraduate experimental teaching and expanding the scope of undergraduate experimental teaching.Taking the asymmetric synthesis ofα-hydroxy-β-keto acid esters under visible light irradiation as an entry point,this experiment is intended to effectively combine the two frontier topics of organophotochemistry and asymmetric catalysis,and apply them to under-graduate experimental teaching.Through this experiment,on the one hand students can under-stand the frontier knowledge and enhance their interest in organic chemistry,and on the other hand learn the operations of thin layer chromatography,flash column chromatography and the related instruments.In addition,students will be able to apply the theoretical knowledge to the actual structural analysis,and to exercise their subjective initiative,improve their practical capa-bility and enhance their awareness of environmental protection.
