导师团队联合指导研究生的培养模式探索与实践

摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的高速发展,研究生培养工作逐步进入内涵式发展阶段,国内高校逐渐将工作重点转移至研究生的高质量培养中。导师指导是研究生教育的关键环节,传统的单一导师制已无法满足当前研究生培养的要求。针对目前高校研究生培养的现状,探讨了导师团队联合指导模式建设的意义,并通过导师交流培训、构建合理的导师团队、建立完善的导师培养制度,促进研究生导师团队联合指导模式的构建,落实“导师个人+方向小组+课题组导师团队”多措并举人才培养模式。基于导师团队联合指导模式的顺利实施,长春理工大学化学学科导师个人指导水平得以提升,并大幅促进了研究生的培养质量。With the rapid development of knowledge economy era,graduate training has gradually entered the stage of conformal development,and domestic colleges and universities have gradually shifted the focus to the high-quality training of graduate students.Mentor guid-ance is the key link of graduate education,the traditional single-mentor system can not meet the requirements of current graduate training.Based on the current situation of graduate training in colleges and universities,this paper discusses the significance of the construction of the mentor team guidance mode,and promotes the construction of the mentor team guidance mode through mentor exchange training,the construction of a reasonable mentor team,and the establishment of a perfect mentor training system,and implements the talent training mode of"individual mentor+direction group+research group mentor team".Based on the successful implementation of the mentor team guidance mode,the level of personal guidance of chemistry tutors in our school has been improved,and the quality of graduate training has been greatly promoted.
