通关教学法在中药药理与应用课程的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨通关教学法用于中药药理与应用课程的效果,提升高职高专中医药教育的教学质量。方法 随机选择江西中医药高等专科学校2020级中药专业两个班级,设为实验班和对照班。应用通关教学法的实验班采用模块通关的模式组织教学和作业,通关方式采用个人通关和团队通关相结合的方式。通关模块分为八大模块,即中药药性理论模块和七法中药模块,七法中药选自八法中药,包含汗法药、和法药、下法药、清法药、温法药、消法药和补法药。对照班采用课堂讲解和课后作业的传统模式开展。最后对学生成绩进行统计学分析。结果 教学实验表明,实验班的平均成绩优于对照班(P<0.05)。结论 通关教学法可以有效提高学生学习的兴趣、目标性和竞争性,有利于教学效果的全面提升。Objective To explore the role of clearance teaching method in the teaching of the course Pharmacology and Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to improve the teaching quality of traditional Chinese medicine education in vocational colleges.Methods Two classes of Grade 2020 traditional Chinese medicine major in Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were ran-domly selected as experimental class and comparative class.The experimental class applied the customs clearance teaching method or-ganizes teaching and homework by the mode of module customs clearance,and the customs clearance method combines individual cus-toms clearance and team customs clearance.The clearance module was divided into eight modules,namely,the theory module of tradi-tional Chinese medicine properties and the seven-method traditional Chinese medicine module.The seven-method traditional Chi-nese medicine module selected from seven of the eight methods,including sweating medicine,harmonizing medicine,dispensing medi-cine,clearing medicine,warming medicine,eliminating medicine and supplementing medicine.The control class is carried out in the traditional mode of classroom explanation and homework.Finally,the results of the students were analyzed statistically.Results The teaching experiment showed that the learning achievement of experimental class was better than that of control class(P<0.05).Con-clusion The clearance teaching method can effectively enhance students’interest,goal,and competitiveness in learning,which is con-ducive to the comprehensive improvement of teaching effectiveness.
