摘 要:当前临床研究生导师评价的主体单一,往往是所属高校或者临床医院;评价维度上偏重于导师自身的科研成果,忽视了教学指导能力、师风师德的评价,评价体系细化不足。此研究从中医“五行”学说出发,打造“师德先行、学术先行、指导先行、过程先行、质量先行”的五行评价体系,初步探求构建临床研究生导师队伍“五维”考核评估体系的路径和指标,以更好地夯实学校优秀人才培养质量。At present,the main body of the evaluation of clinical postgraduate tutors is single,which is often the affiliated universities or clinical hospitals.In terms of evaluation dimension,the evaluation focuses on the scientific research achievements of the tutors themselves,and neglects the evaluation of teaching guidance ability and teachers’ethics,and the evaluation system is insufficient.Starting from the“five elements”theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this study built a five-element evaluation system of“teach-ers’ethics first,academics first,guidance first,process first,quality first”,and initially explored the path and indicators of construct-ing a“five-dimension”assessment and evaluation system for clinical graduate tutors,so as to better consolidate the quality of training outstanding talents in schools.
