摘 要:目的了解五年制预防医学本科生对医院感染管理认知及教学需求,探索提升医院感染管理教学方法。方法连续四年教学前从基本概况、获取医院感染知识主要方式、途径、兴趣点,知识期待四个维度对预防医学生进行医院感染管理认知调研。结果113名预防本科生全部参与问卷调研,42.49%的学生通过学习教育方式获取医院感染知识;48.47%的学生通过书籍途径获取医院感染知识;32.32%的学生希望学院开设医院感染课程;39.39%的学生认为缺乏医院感染管理课程教材是获取院感知识的困难点;40.63%的学生认为院感知识缺乏是没有遵循医院感染管理规范的主要原因,16.46%的学生对医院感染监测技术最感兴趣,15.74%的学生最希望深入了解医院感染监测技术和院感病例判别。结论五年制预防医学专业医院感染管理教学和实践不足,医院感染管理知识点识别度较低,医院感染管理教学的发展任重而道远。OBJECTIVE To understand the awareness of nosocomial infection management of the undergraduates of five-year plan preventive medicine major and the requirements for teaching and explore the measures to raise the teaching of nosocomial infection management.METHODS A survey of the preventive medicine major students'awareness of nosocomial infection management was conducted from basic information and four dimensions including the major patterns,approaches,interest points and expectations to acquire knowledge before a four consecutive years of teaching program.RESULTS Of totally l13 undergraduates of preventive medicine major who get involved in the questionnaire survey,42.49% acquired the knowledge of nosocomial infection through learning and education approach,48.47% acquired the knowledge of nosocomial infection through books,32.32% hoped that the college should run the courses of nosocomial infection,39.39% thought that the lack of teaching material of nosocomial infection management was the difficulty for acquiring the infection control knowledge,40.63% believed that the absence of infection control knowledge was the leading cause of being failed to follow the standards for management of nosocomial infection,16.46% were most interested in monitoring techniques of nosocomial infection,and 15.74% hoped the most to further understand the monitoring techniques of nosocomial infection and identification of nosocomial infection cases.CONCLUSION There is insufficient teaching of nosocomial infection management and practice among the undergraduate students of five-year preventive medicine major and low degree of identification of knowledge points of nosocomial infection,and the development of nosocomial infection management teaching has a long way to go.
