摘　　要：基于“泰国4.0”战略的分析,旅游产业发展对于人才需求由劳动密集型向创新型人才需求转变,而泰国旅游经济高效发展的核心问题是人才壁垒。文章先是阐明泰国旅游职业教育时代特色,再明确提出目前泰国旅游职业教育面临的问题:旅游职业教育资金投入不足、旅游职业教育产教融合度低、旅游职业教育资源不均。最后提出加强资金投入、强化产教融合和建立均衡教育资源分配机制三个方面的改善路径。Based on the analysis of"Thailand's 4.0"strategy,the demand for talents of the tourism industry is shifting from labor-intensive to innovative,and the core problem for the efficient development of Thailand’s tourism economy is the talent barriers.This article first elaborates the characteristics of the era of Thailand’s tourism vocational education,and then clearly points out the problems currently faced:insufficient capital investment,low degree of integration between industry and education,and uneven distribution.Finally,three improvement paths are proposed:namely,strengthening capital investment,strengthening the integration of industry and education,and establishing a balanced educational resource allocation mechanism.
