高职院校学生就业力模型构建与培养模式探析

摘　　要：文章通过对用人单位和高职院校学生进行问卷调查和深度访谈,结合相关论文研究基础,深入分析高职院校学生就业力的内涵、价值,构建就业力评价维度和指标体系。认为高职院校学生应区别于普通本科层次学生就业力培养,更注重其实践能力训练。就业力对高职院校学生提升能力素质、提高就业竞争力、实现自身与社会的提前衔接和学生就业结果有重要影响作用。构建了高职院校毕业生AEGC就业力模型,即高职院校学生就业力由个人特质(Attitude)、专业能力(Expertise)、通用能力(Generic capacity)和自我发展能力(Capacity for self-development)四个维度构成,涵盖了工作主动性、上进心、职业道德等30个指标。并以武汉职业技术学院为研究案例进行就业力水平评价,在分析用人单位需求和学生就业力水平间差距的基础上,构建了高职院校“1143”人才培养模式。Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,and combined with the research basis of relevant papers,this paper deeply analyzes the connotation and value of the employability of students in higher vocational college,and constructs the dimensions and index systems of employability evaluation.It is believed that the development of the employability of higher vocational college students should be different from that of ordinary undergraduate students,and more attention should be paid to the development of their practical skills.Employability has an important impact on improving the ability and quality of higher vocational college students,enhancing their employment competitiveness,realizing the early connection between themselves and society,and the employment results of students.The AEGC employability model for higher vocational college graduates has been constructed,that is,the employability of higher vocational college students consists of four dimensions:personal traits(Attitude),professional competence(Expertise),generic abilities(Generic capacity),and self-development abilities(Capacity for self-development),covering 30 indicators such as work initiative,ambition,and professional ethics.Taking Wuhan Polytechnic as a research case,students of the college are selected to evaluate the level of employability,to find out the gap between employers’demand and students’employability level,and to construct the"1143"talent cultivation model for higher vocational colleges.
