解析高职学生的英语实践能力:构成、特征及教育建议

摘　　要：实践教学在增强学生的英语应用能方面扮演着至关重要的角色。当前,高职英语教育仍侧重于知识的传授,而忽视学生实际语言运用能力方面的培养。对某高职院校的120名高职学生进行调查,了解高职学生英语实践能力和培养现状,以及影响高职学生英语实践能力培养的因素和症结。研究结果表明,为加强高职学生英语实践能力的培养,迫切需要改革课程设置、教学形式与手段、考核与评价形式,ESP教学和学生的自主学习能力也需要加强。At present,English education in vocational colleges still focuses on the transmission of knowledge and neglects the cultivation of students'practical English skills.A survey was conducted on 120 students in a higher vocational college to find out the current situation and cultivation status,as well as the influencing factors and problems.The results of the research indicate that in order to strengthen the practical English skills of vocational college students,there is an urgent need to reform curriculum,forms and means of teaching,forms of assessment and evaluation;ESP teaching and students'independent learning ability need to be strengthened.
