摘  要:在职业教育数字化转型的背景下,中高职教育贯通发展是职业教育改革的重点,旨在通过数字化手段将各方面的资源进行整合与合作、优化配置,实现人才培养的连贯性和高效性,提升教育质量。本文以五年制汽车维修与检测技术专业为例,从专业才培养方案、课程设置、师资队伍建设、教育资源共享、升学通道等方面,深入研究构建中高职教育贯通发展模式,为培养高水平技能人才提供借鉴思路。In the context of the digital transformation of vocational education,the integrated development of secondary and higher vocational education is the focus of vocational education reform,which aims to integrate and cooperate with all aspects of resources and optimize the allocation through digital means,so as to realize the coherence and efficiency of talent training and improve the quality of education.Taking the five-year automobile maintenance and testing technology major as an example,this paper deeply studies the construction of a coherent development model of middle and higher vocational education from the aspects of professional talent training program,curriculum setting,faculty construction,educational resource sharing,and further education channel,so as to provide reference ideas for cultivating high-level skilled talents.
