生成式人工智能时代高校学位论文管理漏洞及风险

摘　　要：生成式人工智能(GenAI)的文本生成功能加速了内容的生产效率,降低了剽窃改写的技术门槛,“新型学术不端”现象不断浮现.高校学位论文在网上发布的滞后导致“上线窗口期”较长,存在着隐性的被窃风险.通过超星、知网和万方3大数据库统计并研究了广东省8所高校在2010年到2022年期间研究生学位论文的可被检索篇数、上网率、可下载性和在线阅读等情况.结果显示:5所高校的研究生学位论文上网率较高(超过80%),3所高校的研究生学位论文上网率极低(<30%);4所高校的研究生学位论文上线时效性较高;2所高校为研究生学位论文注册了DOI.基于研究生学位论文的网上发布情况的数据分析表明:少数高校的学位论文管理存在隐性漏洞,可能存在学位论文被窃风险.建议高校建立学位论文的DOI版本追踪管理机制,重视学位论文的在线发布,有效地保护学位论文的知识产权.The text generation capabilities of Generative Artificial Intelligence(GenAI)have accelerated content production efficiency and lowered the technical threshold for plagiarism and rewriting,leading to the emergence of the phenomenon of“novel academic misconduct”.The delayed online publication of university degree thesis results in a longer“online window period”,posing a hidden risk of plagiarism.Through the 3 major databases of Superstar,CNKI,and Wanfang Data,the number of retrievable theses,online publication rates,download availability,and online reading of theses from 8 universities in Guangdong Province between 2010 and 2022 were investigated.The results show that the online publication rates of thesis are high in 5 universities(exceeding 80%),while 3 universities have extremely low online publication rates(<30%).4 universities have high timeliness of online thesis,and 2 universities have registered DOIs for online thesis.Data analysis based on the online publication of thesis indicates that there are hidden vulnerabilities in the thesis management of a few universities,which may pose risks of thesis theft.It is recommended that universities establish a DOI version tracking management mechanism for dissertations,prioritize the online publication of dissertations,and effectively protect the intellectual property rights of dissertations.
