针灸辅助口部肌肉和语言训练治疗功能性构音障碍患儿的康复效果及口部运动功能分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸辅助口部肌肉和语言训练治疗功能性构音障碍患儿的康复效果。方法:共纳入本院2021年7月至2023年7月收治的96例功能性构音障碍患儿,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(48例,口部肌肉和语言训练治疗)和研究组(48例,在口部肌肉和语言训练治疗的前提下联合针灸治疗)。治疗2 m后采用由专业医师对两组患儿的语音清晰度进行评定并比较,将两组患儿治疗前后口部运动功能评分、智商结构评分及构音清晰度评分进行对比。结果:研究组患儿临床总有效率相较于对照组升高(χ^(2)=4.042,P<0.05);治疗后研究组患儿舌、唇及下颌口部运动功能评分均相较于对照组上升(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患儿总智商、操作智商评分相较于对照组上升(P<0.05);研究组患儿构音清晰度评分、声母音位习得率等均相较于对照组上升(P<0.05)。结论:将针灸辅助口部肌肉和语言训练应用于功能性构音障碍患儿的治疗中,可改善口部运动,并提升操作能力与构音清晰度。Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of acupuncture and moxibustion assisted oral muscle and language training in the treatment of children with functional articulation disorders.Methods:A total of 96 children with functional articulation disorders admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were included in the study.They were divided into a control group(48 cases,oral muscle and language training therapy)and a study group(48 cases,combined with acupuncture therapy on the premise of oral muscle and language training therapy)according to different treatment methods.After 2 months of treatment,professional physicians evaluated the speech clarity of the two groups of children and compared them.The scores of oral motor function,IQ structure,and articulation clarity were compared between the two groups of children before and after treatment.Results:The total clinical effective rate of children in the study group increased compared with the control group(χ^(2)=4.042,P<0.05).The scores of tongue,lip,and mandibular oral motor function in the study group increased compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total IQ and operation IQ scores of children in the study group increased compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of articulation clarity,consonant acquisition rate,and other factors in the study group increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying acupuncture and moxibustion assisted oral muscle and language training to the treatment of children with functional articulation disorders can improve oral motor function and enhance operational ability and articulation clarity.
