摘  要:本研究对托育机构保教人员和儿童保健医生进行深度访谈,探究“医育融合”视角下的托育师胜任力特征。研究发现,托育师应具备跨学科的胜任力结构,包含促进婴幼儿早期综合发展和建立多方共育关系等外显胜任力,以及自我专业发展能力和内在心理特质等内隐胜任力。对此,研究者提出了托育师胜任力扬长补短的可行性建议。This study conduct in-depth interviews with childcare educators and children’s healthcare providers to explore the competency characteristics of childcare teachers from the perspective of**medical-educational integrationM.The study found that childcare teachers should possess interdisciplinary competency structures,including explicit competency such as promoting the comprehensive development of infants and young children and establishing multi-party collaborative relationships,as well as implicit competency such as continuous professional development and internal psychological traits.Based on this,the researchers proposed feasible suggestions for the strengths and weaknesses of childcare teacher competency.
