摘  要:作为纤维板生产制浆关键设备,热磨机利用动磨盘与静磨盘磨片的挤压作用,将木片研磨成纤维。磨片间隙调整机构不仅负责调整磨片间隙,而且在磨浆过程中发挥对木片的研磨挤压功能。本文重点介绍一种基于磨盘电液比例控制的新方法,该方法无需精确检测磨片间隙,通过监测纤维功耗,自动调节带料时的磨片间隙,从而满足节能与自动化控制的需求。Refiner is the main equipment for pulping in the fibreboard industry.Wood chips are ground into fibers by squeezing between the dynamic and static grinding discs.The grinding gap adjustment mechanism is an important component of the refiner,which has the functions of adjusting the grinding gap and grinding compression during the grinding process.This article mainly introduces the automatic adjustment of the grinding gap during produce through fiber power consumption based on the electro-hydraulic proportional control of the grinding disc,without the need for accurate detection of the grinding gap,achieving the requirements of energy conservation and automatic control.
