摘 要:德国立足现实需求,为应对科技挑战大力发展MINT教育。德国中小学MINT教育目标指向性明确,以增强学生兴趣、提高学生MINT素养为主,注重缩减区域发展差异和关注女性群体,其教学支撑职业发展,促进终身教育。通过在政府层面、学校层面以及社会力量层面的各项现实举措,德国中小学MINT教育蓬勃发展,深刻影响德国儿童和青少年未来的职业选择和德国未来的发展方向。借鉴德国经验,我国可在社会协同教育、开发探究性课程、培养优秀师资队伍方面加强中小学STEM教育。Driven by practical needs and in response to scientific and technological challenges,Germany has been vigorously developing MINT education.MINT education in German primary and secondary schools has clear goals,aiming to enhance students’interest and improve their MINT literacy.It focuses on narrowing regional development gaps and promoting gender equality,while its teaching supports career development and promotes lifelong learning.Through various practical initiatives at the governmental,school,and societal level,MINT education in German primary and secondary schools is flourishing,profoundly influencing the future career choices of German youth and the direction of Germany’s development.Drawing on Germany’s experience,China could strengthens STEM education in primary and secondary schools by strengthening collaborative social education,developing inquiry-based curricula,and cultivating excellent teachers.
