课堂交际意愿中的教师角色研究——对非英语专业学生的调查

摘  要:采用焦点式写作与访谈相结合的研究方法,从学生视角来发掘影响大学英语学生课堂交际意愿的教师角色行为。结果显示,有八项教师行为对学生的课堂交际意愿产生影响。根据交际意愿理论将这些教师行为归纳为四种教师角色:交际信息与技能传播者、交际行为示范者、交际环境营造者和交际情感传递者。而在大学英语课堂交际中,四种教师角色对交际意愿的影响模式是通过教师行为作用于交际情景因素来影响交际者的心理因素,最终促成或抑制交际意愿。Using a research method combining focused writing and interviews,this study aims to explore the teacher role behaviors that affect the classroom communication willingness of college English students from the perspective of students.The results showed that eight teachers’behaviors have an impact on students’classroom communication willingness.According to the theory of communicative intention,these teacher behaviors can be classified into four roles:disseminator of communicative information and skills,demonstrator of communicative behavior,creator of communicative environment,and transmitter of communicative emotions.The influence mode of the four teacher roles on communication willingness in college English classroom communication is through the teachers’behavior acting on communication situational factors to influence the psychological factors of communicators,ultimately promoting or inhibiting communication willingness.
