摘  要:磁悬浮双转子系统常用于高转速环境中,当转子跨临界转速时容易发生共振,引发较为剧烈的振动,不利于转子安全平稳运行。以磁悬浮双转子系统为研究对象,通过有限元方法建立中介轴承-双转子动力学模型,对磁悬浮双转子系统主共振特性展开研究。利用HB-AFT法求解系统动力学方程,分析磁悬浮轴承等效刚度和阻尼以及中介轴承刚度和阻尼对系统主共振特性的影响规律。结果表明:系统阻尼较大时,增加轴承等效刚度将导致转子第2、3阶共振峰发生左移,系统阻尼较小时则反之;增大等效阻尼会减小系统幅值,同时第1、2阶共振峰发生右移,第3阶共振峰无明显变化。Magnetic suspended dual-rotor system is often used in high-speed environment,and resonance will occur when the rotor crosses the critical speed,which causes severe vibration and is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of the rotor.Taking the magnetic suspended dual-rotor system as the research object,the intermediate bearing-dual-rotor dynamic model was established by the finite element method,and the main resonance characteristics of the magnetic suspended dual-rotor system were studied.The HB-AFT method was used to solve the dynamic equations of the system,and the influence laws of the equivalent stiffness&damping of the magnetic suspended bearing and the stiffness&damping of the intermediate bearing on the primary resonance characteristics of the system were analyzed.The results show that when the system damping is large,increasing the equivalent stiffness of the bearing will cause the second and third resonance peaks of the rotor to shift to the left,and vice versa when the system damping is small.Increasing the equivalent damping will reduce the system amplitude,causing the first and second resonance peaks to shift to the right,while the third resonance peak will have no significant changes.
