“产教、专创”双融合视野下现代产业学院人才培养模式研究与实践——以成都农业科技职业学院食用菌产业学院为例

摘  要:人才培养模式的不断创新是高职教育服务国家实施创新驱动发展战略、促进经济提质增效升级的迫切需要,现代产业学院是现代产业与现代教育的创新性结合,是当前新型的人才培养模式,而“产教融合、专创融合”是培养创新型人才的重要途径。该文以成都农业科技职业学院食用菌产业学院为例,从人才培养定位、课程体系、教学模式、机制建设和师资队伍等方面对食用菌人才培养现状进行剖析,并提出构建“产教、专创”双融合框架下的创新创业人才培育机制、专业人才课程体系、多元主体育人过程和师资队伍建设等具体举措,助力食用菌产业学院高素质人才培养能力的全面提升。Continuous innovation in talent training models is an urgent need for higher vocational education to serve the country's implementation of innovation-driven development strategies and promote economic quality,efficiency and upgrading.Modern Industrial College is an innovative combination of modern industry and modern education,and is the current new talent training model and"integration of industry and education,integration of specialized innovation"is an important way to cultivate innovative talents.This paper takes the Edible Fungus Industry College of Chengdu Agricultural College as an example,from the perspective of talent training positioning,curriculum system,teaching model.This paper analyzes the current situation of cultivating edible fungi talents in terms of mechanism construction,faculty and other aspects,and proposes to build an innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation mechanism,professional talent curriculum system,multi-subject education process and faculty under the dual integration framework of"industry,education and specialty creation".Specific measures such as team building will help the College of Edible Fungus Industry to comprehensively improve its high-quality talent training capabilities.
