音乐治疗学在中国之研究述评

摘　　要：对国内音乐治疗学的相关研究进行梳理与探讨,发现其研究内容主要包括操作方法、治疗效果、作用机制和思想文化四个方面,这些研究在研究视角、研究方法、理论建构、操作技术等方面都呈现出多样性以及本土化的发展态势,逐渐将我国的音乐治疗学学科体系进行完善和扩大。尽管目前的研究已经取得了一些成果,但是部分研究在理论依据、研究方法和研究视角等方面还存在不足之处,未来的研究应探寻更加严谨的实验范式和更加多样的理论架构进一步促进本土音乐治疗学的发展。A review and discussion of related research on music therapy in China reveals four primary areas of focus:operational methods,therapeutic effects,mechanisms of action,cultural and philosophical dimensions.These studies exhibit diversity and localization in terms of research perspectives,methods,theoretical construction,and operational techniques,gradually improving and expanding the discipline system of music therapy in China.Although some achievements have been made in current research,some studies still face challenges in theoretical basis,research methods,and research perspectives.Future research should explore more rigorous experimental paradigms and diverse theoretical frameworks to further promote the development of music therapy as a localized discipline in China.
