摘 要:为探讨加压训练对于青少年武术运动员膝关节肌力的影响,文章运用实验法对福建省22名青少年武术运动员进行为期8周的加压干预训练,分别在实验前、后对膝关节相对峰力矩、平均功率、屈伸肌峰力矩、耐力比4项指标进行测试、统计与分析。研究结果表明,8周低负荷加压训练对青少年武术运动员膝关节肌力的提升有一定的帮助。此外,在制定训练计划时,应精准分析受试者指标数据,并科学合理地设定加压负荷、加压部位、训练量、频率和间歇时间等参数。In order to investigate the effects of pressurized training on knee joint muscle strength of young wushu athletes,this study used the experimental method to conduct 8-week pressurized intervention training for 22 young wushu athletes in Fujian Province,and tested,counted and analyzed 4 indexes of knee joint relative peak moment,average power,flexor and extensor peak moment,and endurance ratio before and after the experiment,respectively.T he resultsof the study showed that 8 weeksof low load pressurized strength training was more advantageous for the improvement of knee joint muscle strength in young wushu athletes,whereasthe promotion effect on the lower limb explosive strength and the strength of the posterior femoral muscle group wasmore significant compared with the knee joint muscle endurance.In addition,when developing the training program,the subjects'index data should be precisely analyzed,and parameters such as pressurized load,pressurized part,training volume,frequency and interval time should be set scientifically and reasonably.
