摘 要:温度是工业控制中的一项重要参数之一,冶炼炉温度控制的好坏不仅影响产品的质量而且影响生产的效率。由于冶炼炉的温度控制系统具有滞后现象严重,并且其控制具有大惯性的性质,所以这对研究炉内温度控制增加了难度。将基于干扰观测器的模糊PID控制方法应用到冶炼炉温度控制系统中,使用干扰观测器对系统中未建模部分及外部扰动等干扰进行补偿,通过模糊PID控制和干扰观测器的复合控制来控制冶炼炉炉内温度。使用Matlab中进行仿真验证,通过对比PID控制,控制时间缩短了120 s,控制精度提高了3℃,且无超调量,各项结果表明要优于PID控制。通过对比,该方法提高了控制精度,缩短了系统的稳定调节时间,大大提高控制系统的稳定性,有效保护了冶炼炉的使用寿命,使得生产效率得到提高。Temperature is one of the important parameters in industrial control,and the quality of smelting furnace temperature control not only affects the quality of products but also affects production efficiency.Due to the serious hysteresis phenomenon of the temperature control system of the smelting furnace and the high inertia nature of its control,it increases the difficulty of studying the temperature control inside the fur-nace.It applies the fuzzy PID control method based on disturbance observer to the temperature control system of the smelting furnace.The dis-turbance observer is used to compensate for the unmodeled parts and external disturbances in the system.The temperature inside the smelting furnace is controlled through a composite control of fuzzy PID control and disturbance observer.Using Matlab for simulation verification,by comparing PID control,the control time was shortened by 120 seconds,the control accuracy was improved by 3 C,and there was no over-shoot.All results showed that it was superior to PID control.By comparison,this method has improved control accuracy,shortened the stable adjustment time of the system,greatly improved the stability of the control system,effectively protected the service life of the smelting furnace,and improved production efficiency.
