摘  要:以液体发酵液中虫草素和多糖含量为指标对14个蛹虫草菌株进行筛选,发现菌株Y23液体发酵液中虫草素含量和多糖含量最高,进一步对其培养条件进行优化。结果表明:菌株Y23产虫草素和多糖,获得较高胞外产量的最佳培养条件分别为发酵液接种量10%~15%、静置培养温度22~28℃、静置培养时间20 d和接种量5%~15%、静置培养温度25~28℃、静置培养时间17 d。研究结果为蛹虫草生物活性成分工业化生产提供理论依据。Screening for the optimal strain among 14 Cordyceps militaris strains based on the content of cordycepin and polysaccharides in the liquid fermentation broth.The research found that strain Y23 exhibited the highest yields of cordycepin and polysaccharides in the liquid fermentation process.Further optimization of culture conditions was conducted,leading to the identification of optimal parameters:an inoculation rate of 10%-15%for maximum extracellular cordycepin content,a static culture temperature range of 22-28℃,and a static culture duration of 20 days.For higher-yield exopolysaccharides production,the optimal inoculation rate was determined to be 5%-15%,with a static culture temperature of 25-28℃ and a culture duration of 17 days.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the industrial production of bioactive components from C.militaris.
