摘  要:为探索杏鲍菇菌渣设施栽培滑菇的再利用潜力,开展了不同菌渣添加量的配方筛选试验。以不添加菌渣的杂木屑(80%)配方作为对照,考察杏鲍菇菌渣按1/3、2/3和全部代替杂木屑配方对滑菇菌丝生长、产量、生物学效率、子实体性状、营养成分含量及重金属含量等的影响,并分析经济效益。结果表明,栽培效果以1/3菌渣替代杂木屑的配方(杂木屑53%、杏鲍菇菌渣27%、麸皮18%、轻质碳酸钙1%、石膏1%)较好,滑菇菌丝生长速度、子实体产量、生物学效率、子实体营养成分含量等均略高于对照,重金属污染物含量低于国家标准,子实体性状未发生明显改变,且与对照相比,袋均生产成本降低20.35%,利润率提高29.30%。确定该配方为利用杏鲍菇菌渣设施栽培滑菇的最佳添加量配方。To explore the potential of re-utilization of Pleurotus eryngii spent compost in the facility cultivation of Pholiota microspora,a screening study on cultivation formulas was performed through analyzing the effect of spent compost proportions ranging from 0,1/3,2/3 to 1 in substrates on the mycelial growth rate,mushroom yield,biological efficiency,fruiting bodies traits,nutrient content,and heavy metal accumulation.The economic benefits were also analyzed.The results showed that the substrate with 1/3 replacement of sawdust by the spent compost,i.e.,53%sawdust,27%spent compost,18%wheat bran,1%light calcium carbonate exhibite slightly higher mycelial growth rate,yield,biological efficiency,and the nutritional components content in the fruiting bodies compared to those of the control.The fruiting bodies traits were not significantly influenced by the spent compost.The content of examined heavy metals was all below the national standards.Compared to the control,the production cost per bag could be reduced by 20.35%,and profit margins were increased by 29.30%.The screened substrate is appropriate for cultivating P.microspora.This study provides a reference for the re-utilization of P.eryngii spent compost in the cultivation of P.microspora.
