摘　　要：习近平总书记2024年9月在全国教育大会上的重要讲话指出,“中国特色社会主义教育强国,应当具有强大的思政引领力、人才竞争力、科技支撑力、民生保障力、社会协同力、国际影响力,为以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业提供有力支撑”。这“六个力”高度概括了中国特色社会主义教育强国的“六大特质”,系统阐释了教育强国的科学内涵和基本路径,为加快建设教育强国指明了正确方向、提供了根本遵循。“六大特质”是中国共产党对中国特色社会主义教育发展规律性认识的新高度,是中国特色社会主义教育强国的显著标识,也是理解和推进教育强国建设的重要维度和实践向度,具有整体性、统一性、协调性。只有准确把握“六大特质”的内涵特征和价值指向,才能科学把握建设教育强国的方向和路径。要牢牢把握教育的政治属性、人民属性、战略属性,从政治逻辑、理论逻辑、历史逻辑、现实逻辑等多个维度理解“六大特质”的丰富内涵和内在关系。思政引领力是坚定不移地坚持社会主义办学方向,坚持为党育人,为国育才,培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的能力,有力昭示了教育强国的政治方向和鲜明底色。人才竞争力是推动教育科技人才良性循环、自主培养和吸收集聚高层次人才的能力,深刻揭示了教育强国的先导任务和基础地位。科技支撑力是教育系统整合创新要素、培育壮大国家战略科技力量、服务高水平科技自立自强的能力,深刻揭示了教育强国的战略支撑和重要使命。民生保障力是坚持以人民为中心、提升教育公共服务的能力,揭示了教育强国的人民属性和价值追求。社会协同力是深化教育综合改革、促进教育系统内部协同和学校、家庭、社会同向同行、协调配合的能力,揭示了教育强国的本质规律和实践要求。General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the National Education Conference in September 2024 pointed out that a leading country in education with Chinese characteristics should have strong ideological and political leadership,talent competitiveness,scientific and technological support,livelihood security,social synergy,and international influence,providing robust support for building China into a great country and realizing national rejuvenation on all fronts by pursuing Chinese modernization.These six aspects highly encapsulate the six major characteristics of building a leading country in education with Chinese characteristics,systematically interpreting the scientific connotation and basic path for building a strong education nation.They provide the correct direction and fundamental guidance for accelerating the construction of an educational powerhouse.The six characteristics represent a new height of the Communist Party of China's understanding of the regular laws of developing socialist education with Chinese characteristics.They also serve as a distinct identifier of a strong nation in education with Chinese characteristics,and constitute an important dimension and practical orientation for understanding and promoting the construction of a strong education nation characterized by integrity,unity,and coordination.Only by accurately grasping the connotation,characteristics,and value orientation of the"six major characteristics"can we scientifically grasp the direction and pathway for building a strong education country.It is necessary to grasp the political,people's,and strategic attributes of education and understand the rich connotations and internal relationships of the six major characteristics from multiple dimensions,such as political,theoretical,historical,and practical logic.The ideological and political education leadership underscores the commitment to the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent,reflecting the political direction and distinctive focus of a strong educati
