摘 要:为解决印刷图像分色中的颜色转换和黑版生成问题,本研究提出了最大化CMYK颜色空间输出色域的K值标定算法。该方法首先将印刷色域空间视为CMY色立体,并划分成6个子色域空间;其次设计色标和算法,计算每个子色域的中心黑版查找表和边界黑版查找表;然后通过判断输入颜色所处的子色域空间找到其对应的查找表,再根据查找表上所对应的点,进行插值计算,确定最终的CMYK分色值;最后通过领域搜索方法对结果进行进一步优化。色差评价实验显示:K值标定算法针对标准测试色靶复制得到的均值色差低于1个标准色差单位,最大色差与商业色彩管理软件i1 Profiler接近。色域复制评价实验显示:相对于灰平衡算法,分色计算后数据点的色域分布情况以及色域空间大小与源色域空间更为接近。图像复制评价实验显示:本研究算法对图像的暗部细节能够进行较好的还原。通过印刷测试,新算法可以满足印刷工业图像复制要求。To address the problems of color conversion and black generation in color separation of printing images,K-value calibration algorithm for the maximizing CMYK output gamut was proposed.Firstly,the method considered the printer color gamut as a CMY cube and then divided it into 6 sub-color spaces.Secondly,color patches were designed to determine the center and boundary lookup tables of the color space.By determining the sub-color space in which the input data point was located,the corresponding lookup tables were found,and the final CMYK value was determined by three times linear interpolations of the corresponding points on the lookup table.Finally,the results were further optimized through a neighborhood search algorithm.Color difference evaluation experiments showed that the mean color difference calculated by the algorithm proposed in this study is less than one color difference unit,and the maximum color difference is close to that of the i1 Profile.Color gamut evaluation experiments showed that the campared with the gray balance algorithm,the distribution of data points after color separation calculation and the size of the color gamut are close to the original color gamut.The image quality evaluation results showed that the new algorithm can reproduce the dark details of the image well.The printing test results indicated that the new algorithm can meet the requirements of image reproduction in the printing industry.
