摘  要:我国高校数字素养教育整体而言尚处于培养数字消费者阶段,而在国际上,数字素养教育正呈现出将学习者培养为数字创造者的发展趋势。该趋势在高等教育阶段体现得尤为明显。因此,我国高校数字素养教育亟待启动目标转向,从重视培养数字消费者转向数字创造者。这一转向符合我国数字经济发展对人才规格的需求,也符合高等教育数字化转型的战略需求,同时还能满足高校学生终身学习能力的发展需求。通过对全球范围内影响较为广泛的三大数字素养框架所包含的素养域的分析,发现数字素养培育目标可归纳为工具性操作技能、应用性信息寻求技能和综合性数字创造力三个层级。相对于前两个层级,综合性数字创造力是学生成长为数字创造者所必需的高阶能力,理应成为高校数字素养教育的高阶培育目标。因此,高校数字素养教育应针对数字创造力形成机制展开研究,并进一步探索相关实践的改革和创新。The digital literacy education in the universities in China is still in the stage of cultivating digital consumers.However,in the international arena,the digital literacy education is showing the tendency of cultivating learners as digital creators.This trend is especially urgent in the stage of higher education.Therefore,digital literacy education in Chinese universities needs to start the goal shift from focusing on cultivating digital consumers to digital creators.This shift is in line with the requirements of talent specifications of China’s digital economic development,as well as the strategic needs of the digital transformation of higher education,and can also meet the development needs of college students’lifelong learning ability.Through the analysis of the literacy domains contained in the three digital literacy frameworks,it is found that the cultivation goals of digital literacy can be summarized into three levels:instrumental operational skills,applied information seeking skills and comprehensive digital creativity.Compared with the first two levels,comprehensive digital creativity is a high-level ability necessary for students to grow into digital creators,and should be the high-level cultivation goal of digital literacy education in colleges and universities.Therefore,digital literacy education in universities should conduct research on the formation mechanism of digital creativity,and further explore the reform and innovation of relevant practices.
