摘  要:落实培养住院医师六大核心胜任力是康复医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)教学管理的核心内容。空军军医大学第一附属医院康复医学科专业基地通过沉浸式教学管理模式,对住院医师实行人文教育、鼓励深入学习、分层递进培训、沉浸式参与医教研工作等策略,细化日常管理,强化过程考核,积极发现问题、分析问题、解决问题,使康复医学科住院医师全专结合,突出专业性。沉浸式教学管理模式能够增强康复医学科专业基地住院医师学习兴趣,提高其自主学习和独立思考能力,增进师生临床合作契合度,提升康复医学科专业基地住院医师临床思维模式、诊疗及科研能力。The implementation of the six core competency of resident training is the core content of standardized residency training in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.The professional base of rehabilitation medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Medical University adopted the immersive teaching management model,the strategy of humanistic education,encouraging in-dephth learning,self-selection,hierarchical progressive training,immersive participation in medical teaching and research was carried out for residents.Detailed daily management,strengthen the process of assessment,actively found problems,analyzed problems,solved problems,so that rehabilitation medicine residents in the integration of general specialty,outstanding professionalism.The immersive teaching management model significantly improved the residents'sense of achievement and self-confidence,and enhance the residents'learning interest,improve their ability of independent learning and thinking,and enhance the clinical cooperation between teachers and students.It can also improve the resident's clinical thinking mode,diagnosis and scientific research ability.
