摘  要:目的调查江苏省住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)基地临床技能培训中心的建设与运行情况,为提升住培基地内涵质量提供参考。方法通过对江苏省13个地市25家住培基地的教职人员、住院医师进行问卷调查,了解其对临床技能培训中心的场地、设施、师资、培训、课程和管理等方面的满意度。结果住院医师和教职人员对中心的总体满意度均高于80%,但住院医师的满意度(82.8%)显著低于教职人员(92.5%);满意度较低的有信息系统运行、设备利用率和模型设备数量等;教职人员满意度最低的是师资激励措施(70.7%);中心运行存在的最主要问题为课程体系不完善、信息化管理水平不高、师资队伍培养欠缺,以及评价反馈不及时。结论住培基地临床技能培训中心应加强信息管理和设施建设,重视师资培养和激励措施,完善培训课程和评价反馈,不断提升带教水平和培训质量,为培养优秀住院医师发挥更重要的作用。Objective To investigate the construction and operation of clinical skills training centers in the standardized residency training bases in Jiangsu Province,so as to provide reference for improving the connotation quality of the standardized residency training bases.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among teachers and residents from 25 standardized residency training bases of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province,so as to understand their satisfaction with the sites,facilities,teachers,training,courses and management of the clinical skills training centers.Results The overall satisfaction of residents and faculty members was higher than 80%,but the satisfaction of residents(82.8%)was significantly lower than faculty members(92.5%).They had low satisfaction with information system operation,equipment utilization rate and the number of model equipment.The lowest satisfaction of faculty was with the incentive measures for teachers(70.7%).The main problems in the operation of the centers were the imperfect curriculum system,the low level of information management,the lack of teacher training and the untimely evaluation and feedback.Conclusion The clinical skills training centers in the standardized residency training bases should strengthen information management and facility construction,attach importance to teacher training and incentive measures,improve training courses and evaluation feedback,and continuously improve the teaching level and training quality,thus play a more important role in training outstanding residents.
