摘  要:检验医学科住院医师规范化培训具有培训层次和培训要求不同的特点,实行分层递进教学法是提高检验医学住培质量的关键。依据教学目标和住院医师的个体差异,对住院医师按年级和个人能力进行科学分层,制定合理化、个体化的培训方案,在教学活动中实施分层教学,并采取多维度的考核评价是分层教学的主要措施,亦是培养检验医师岗位胜任力的有效方法。The characteristics of standardized residency training in laboratory medicine includes different training levels and requirements.Carrying out hierarchical teaching is a key way to improve the quality of standardized training in laboratory medicine.Scientifically stratifying the training subjects based on different grades and individual ability,making appropriate and personalized training programs,implementing hierarchical teaching activities and adopting multi-dimensional assessments and evaluations are the main measures and effective methods for cultivating the competence of laboratory physicians.
