摘　　要：人口高质量发展为职业教育发展提供了历史性机遇,也提出了战略性要求。在破解少子化、老龄化以及区域人口增减分化等方面,职业教育大有可为。职业教育赋能人口高质量发展的应然逻辑在于:人口高质量发展创新理论的内在要求,“两种生产”理论及其中国化时代化发展的逻辑必然,发挥技术技能溢出效应的现实需要。发挥职业教育对人口高质量发展的赋能作用,应促进职普生态性融通,缓解教育焦虑;推进职业教育适老化改革,激发长寿红利;促进职业教育在地化发展,增强区域粘性。The high-quality population development provides historical opportunities and strategic requirements for vocational education.In solving the problems of low birth rates,aging population,and regional population up-down varies,vocational education can play a great role.The inevitable logics of vocational education empowering high-quality population development are as follows:the inherent requirements of the innovative theory of high-quality population development,the logical necessity of adapting the"two-type production"theory to the Chinese context and needs of the times,and the urgent need to leverage the spillover effects of technical and vocational skills.To make sure that vocational education can empower the high-quality population development,we should promote ecological integration between vocational education and general education to alleviate educational anxiety;push forward the reform of vocational education to cater to the elderly to tap into the dividends of longevity;and promote the local development of vocational education to enhance regional stickiness.
