麻省理工学院媒体实验室建设对国内高校的启示

摘　　要：为提高高校交叉实验室的创新水平,更好地服务于教学、科研工作,通过分析麻省理工学院媒体实验室的建设理念、运营机制、管理组织,研究了国内高校实验室的发展与现状。通过规划设计自顶向下的实体平台模式,构建高校实验室组织结构与交叉实验室建设路径,提出了基于共享、交叉理念的实验空间、指导教师、经费与实验设备等实验室运行保障与管理的具体举措。结果表明:该设计可推动高校交叉实验室的建设发展,实现人才、设备、空间的资源整合和更具包容性的组织管理方式,促进学科与交叉实验平台的融合发展;对解决复杂的跨学科问题提供了平台支持并催生新的学科增长点。该设计对支持保障高校创新人才培养和科研创新提供了参考借鉴。In order to enhance the innovation ability of interdisciplinary laboratories in colleges and universities and better serve teaching and scientific research work,the development and current situation of domestic university laboratories were studied by analyzing the construction concept,operation mechanism and management organization of the Media Laboratory of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.Through the top-down planning and design of the physical platform model,the organizational structure of university laboratories and the construction path of interdisciplinary laboratories were constructed,and specific measures for ensuring the operation,support and management of laboratories,such as experimental places,instructors,funding and experimental equipment,based on the concepts of sharing and intersection,were put forward.The results show that this design can promote the construction and development of interdisciplinary laboratories in colleges and universities,realize the resource integration of talents,equipment and space as well as a more inclusive organizational management mode,and facilitate the integrated development of disciplines and interdisciplinary laboratory platforms.It provides platform support for solving complex interdisciplinary problems and gives birth to new disciplinary growth points.This design provides a reference for supporting and guaranteeing the cultivation of innovative talents and scientific research innovation in colleges and universities.
