新质生产力赋能民族地区共同富裕的路径研究

摘　　要：新质生产力是实现社会公平正义与差距缩小、推动经济增长与居民增收、助力生态保护与绿色发展的关键动能,可赋能民族地区共同富裕。但碍于政策发展规划与政府支持异位、新质人才引育留工作存在不足、数字资源利用不足以及服务供给不畅、生态环境履责压力较大以及发展脆弱性较高的四维困境,新质生产力赋能民族地区共同富裕路径受阻。为此,立足政府扶持困境、人才源生困境、要素配置困境与产业转型困境,要找准新质生产力赋能民族地区共同富裕的基准点、核心点、发力点、落脚点,通过健全宏观顶层设计、培养新质人才、借助数字技术与构筑多元产业发展格局,增强新质生产力对民族地区共同富裕的赋能作用,更好地推进民族地区经济高质量发展。New quality productivity is a key driving force for realizing social equity and justice,narrowing the gap,promoting economic growth and increasing residents’income,and supporting ecological protection and green development.It can empower ethnic regions to achieve common prosperity.However,due to the four-dimensional dilemma of policy development planning and government support being out of place,insufficient recruitment and retention of new quality talents,insufficient use of digital resources,poor service supply,significant pressure on ecological environment responsibility,and high development vulnerability,the path of empowering ethnic regions with new quality productivity for common prosperity has been hindered.To this end,with the dilemma of government support,talent generation,factor allocation,and industrial transformation considered,it is necessary to identify the benchmark,core,driving force,and foothold for empowering ethnic regions with new quality productivity for common prosperity.By improving macro top-level design,cultivating new quality talents,leveraging digital technology,and building a diversified industry development pattern,we can enhance the empowering role of new quality productivity for common prosperity in ethnic regions and better promote high-quality economic development in ethnic regions.
