摘  要:为解决学校工业机器人实训设备短缺问题,实现工业机器人、PLC与HMI触摸屏的联合仿真,设计了工业机器人实训设备联合仿真系统。以RobotStudio6.08与TIA Portal V18软件平台为核心,通过建立仿真模型、配置S7-PLCSIM Advanced V5.0软件与RSConnectDIOToSnap7 Smart通信组件实现RobotStudio6.08与TIA PortalV18软件的通信,并结合控制程序与HMI界面设计,成功建立了工业机器人实训设备联合仿真系统。经过仿真调试验证,该系统实现了工业机器人、PLC与HMI触摸屏的联合仿真,并成功达到了与实际工业机器人实训设备训练相同的动态效果。In order to solve the shortage of industrial robot training equipment in schools,the joint simulation system of industrial robot,PLC and HMI touch screen was designed.With RobotStudio6.08 and TIA Portal V18 software platform as the core.By establishing simulation model,configuring S7-PLCSIM Advanced V5.0 software and RSConnectDIOToSnap7 Smart communication component,the communication between RobotStudio6.08 and TIA Portal V18 software is realized,and the control program and HMI interface design are combined.The joint simulation system of industrial robot training equipment was successfully established.After simulation and debugging verification,the system realizes the joint simulation of industrial robot,PLC and HMI touch screen,and successfully achieves the same dynamic effect as the actual training equipment of industrial robot.
