摘  要:高校思想政治教育要善用红色文化资源,实现知识育人与实践育人相结合,推动立德树人高质量发展。大学生社会实践与红色教育协同发展具有较强的时代意义,可以推动大学生思想政治教育的具身化转向,深化知行合一的教育实效和促进学校的专业教育“扎根”地方红色文化。二者的协同发展面临着红色实践育人功能不凸显,全员育人的观念落实不到位,学生主体性缺失等问题。可从坚持党建引领育人,搭建多元化工作平台,运用仪式礼仪活动加强宣传教育,基于默会知识观优化教育方式方法,建立科学评估体系等方面改进。Ideological and political education in universities shall make good use of red cultural resources to achieve a combination of knowledge-based education and practice-based education,thereby promoting the high-quality development of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.The synergistic development of social practice and Party history and revolutionary spirit education among university students holds significant contemporary value,which can facilitate the embodied transformation of ideological and political education,deepen the practical effect of integrating knowledge with action,and promote the"rooting"of professional education in local red culture.Howev⁃er,the synergistic development of these two aspects faces challenges such as the insufficient manifestation of the practical educational function of red culture,inadequate implementation of the concept of holistic education,and the lack of student subjectivity.Improvements can be made by adhering to the guidance of party building in educa⁃tion,building diversified work platforms,strengthening publicity and education through ritual and etiquette activi⁃ties,optimizing educational methods and approaches based on the concept of tacit knowledge,and establishing a scientific evaluation system.
