摘 要:时间是比金钱更为珍贵和重要的幸福要素,对时间的非理性认知会引发时间焦虑并降低幸福感。基于行为经济学关于幸福的阐释及其心理账户理论,运用问卷调查和情景实验法,实证分析时间心理账户对高校青年教师幸福感的影响。研究发现:青年教师的时间心理账户结构主要包括工作账户、家庭账户、社交账户、休闲账户和健康账户,青年教师将时间大量分配在“高意义低快乐”的工作账户降低了其幸福感,时间心理账户的特征包括价值不等、抓大放小、非替代性、预算控制、支付隔离、关闭困难,与青年教师幸福感呈负相关。青年教师可以通过优化时间分配、为零碎时间单独设置账户、平衡工作账户和其他账户、记账、忽视沉没成本等方法,更加理性地认知和分配时间,缓解时间焦虑,捍卫教师幸福。Time is a more precious and crucial element of happiness than money,the irrational perceptions of time can lead to time anxiety and reduce happiness.Based on the interpretation of happiness in behavioral economics and its mental accounting theory,this paper empirically analyzes the influence of time mental accounting on the happiness of young teachers in colleges and universities by means of questionnaire survey and vignette experiment.It is found that the time mental accounting structure of young teachers mainly includes work accounts,family accounts,social accounts,leisure accounts,and health accounts.Young teachers allocate a large amount of time to work accounts with"high meaning and low happiness",which reduces their overall happiness.Characteristics of time mental accounting,such as unequal value,grasping the big and aborting the small,nonalternativet,budgetary control,payment decoupling,and closure difficulty,are found to be negatively correlated with the happiness of young teachers.Young teachers can recognize and allocate time more rationally,alleviate time anxiety,and defend their happiness by optimizing time allocation,setting up separate accounts for fragmented time,balancing work accounts with other accounts,keeping accounts,and ignoring sunk costs.
