摘  要:职业教育产教融合组织是新质人才培养、创新资源融汇及区域经济发展的精准联通合作的有效纽带之一。基于历史制度理论视角的关键时间节点与阈值效应,我国产教融合组织历经完全依附期、内在离散期、初步破冰期以及深度融合期四个变迁阶段,且具有非线性、动态性的发展特征。回溯历史,可察识产教融合组织在组织边界柔化、技术技能积累、信息要素集约及组织文化内聚等方面所发挥的关键作用。目前,产教融合组织面临着主体利益共生关系联结松散、主体协同治理体系架设受缚、技术技能人才中介服务能力拘囿及资源整合共享平台搭建不力的困境。为此,需凝聚组织价值目标以夯实产教协同基础、优化组织嵌入治理以赋能产教联动效率、驱动组织资源融通以聚力人才培养效能、推进组织文化共融以深化多元共生关系,进而形成职业教育和产业统筹融合、良性互动的发展新格局,驱动新质生产力的实践创新。The organization of industry-education integration is one of the effective links for the cultivation of new talents,the fusion of innovative resources,and the precise connection and cooperation of regional economic development.Analyzing shifts in industry-education relations through historical institutionalism,these entities evolve through four stages:complete dependency,internal dispersion,initial breakthrough,and deep integration.Retrospectively,they have significantly softened organizational boundaries,accumulated technical skills knowledge,intensified information factor aggregation,and fostered cohesive cultures.At present,the organizations of industry-education integration are facing the difficulties of loosely linking the symbiotic relationship of interests of the main parties,constraining the establishment of the synergistic governance system of the main parties,limiting the intermediary service capacity of technical and skilled talents,and ineffective construction of the platform for resource integration and sharing.Therefore,it is necessary to cohesive organizational value goals;optimize organizational embedded governance;drive the integration of organizational resources;and promote the organizational culture.
