摘  要:高校实验室功能复杂、安全风险高、管理难度大,建立健全安全教育培训模式是促进实验室安全管理的重要手段。本文探讨当前高校实验室安全教育培训的问题,包括结构上的安全教育培训未纳入实验室管理制度中、过程中的安全教育培训形式单一和内容针对性不强以及结果上的安全教育培训评价机制缺乏。针对以上问题,围绕实验前、实验中、实验后,构建了基于结构-过程-结果的高校实验室安全教育培训模式,为提高实验人员安全素养,保障实验室安全运行提供参考。University laboratories are characterized by their complex functions,high safety risks,and significant management challenges.Establishing a sound safety education and training model is an important means to promote the safety management of laboratories.This study discusses the current issues in safety education and training for university laboratories,including the structural issue that safety education and training are not incorporated into the laboratory management system,the process issue of having a singular form of safety education and training and a lack of targeted content,and the result issue of the absence of an evaluation mechanism for safety education and training.In response to these issues,a university laboratory safety education and training model based on structure-process-result is constructed around pre-experiment,during-experiment,and post-experiment stages,providing references for improving the safety literacy of laboratory personnel and ensuring the safe operation of laboratories.
