摘 要:产教融合是新商科人才培养体系的关键要素,虚拟仿真实验建设是高校实践教学体系创新的重要方式。该文介绍了建设虚拟仿真与共享实验基地,深化校企合作,构建面向管工融合的虚拟仿真实验教学体系,打造新商科一体化虚拟仿真实验教学资源,形成“线上线下、虚实结合、课内课外”的信息化实验教学方法新样板的具体做法。通过产教融合、商科与理工科跨专业融合虚拟实验教学体系的搭建,旨在培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,弥补传统商科专业在实践教学中的不足,为数智化新商科人才培养和虚拟仿真实践基地建设提供参考。The integration of industry and education is a key element of the new business talent cultivation system,and the construction of virtual simulation experiments is an important way to innovate the practical teaching system in universities.This article introduces the construction of virtual simulation and shared experimental base,deepening cooperation between schools and enterprises,constructing a virtual simulation reality teaching system toward the integration of management and engineering,and forging integrated virtual simulation experimental teaching resources for the“new business education”.A new model of information technology experimental teaching method that combines“online and offline classes”,“virtual and reality”,“in and after class”teaching techniques is formed.This article also establishes a virtual experimental teaching system through the integration of industry and education,as well as the cross disciplinary integration of business,science and engineering.The aim is to cultivate students’innovation spirit and practical ability,to remedy the shortcomings of traditional business majors in practical teaching,and to provide a reference for the cultivation of new business talents in digital intelligence and the construction of virtual simulation practice bases.
