上肢康复机器人联合针灸在脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者中的运用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析上肢康复机器人联合针灸在脑卒中后发生上肢功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年4月廉江市人民医院康复医学科收治的120例脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,各60例。两组患者均实施针灸治疗,对照组患者在针灸的基础上采取常规训练干预,观察组患者在针灸的基础上接受上肢康复机器人干预,治疗后评估各组患者的运动功能、日常生活能力、本体感觉障碍(Tecnobody)(下肢、躯干、上肢的运动控制能力,?还包括有负重感觉的评定与训练)。结果:观察组患者的运动功能、日常生活能力及本体感觉障碍评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑卒中后发生上肢功能障碍的患者采取联合治疗(上肢康复机器人+针灸)后效果极佳。Objective To analyze the effects of upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with acupuncture in patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke admitted to the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Lianjiang People’s Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received acupuncture treatment.In addition to acupuncture,the control group received conventional training intervention,while the observation group received upper limb rehabilitation robot intervention.The motor function,activities of daily living,and proprioceptive disorders(Tecnobody)including lower limb,trunk,and upper limb motor control abilities,as well as the assessment and training of weight-bearing sensation were evaluated after treatment.Results The scores of motor function,activities of daily living,and proprioceptive disorders in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of upper limb rehabilitation robot and acupuncture shows excellent effects in patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke.
