摘　　要：聚焦贵州省3所国家“双高计划”院校--贵州轻工职业技术学院、铜仁职业技术学院和贵州交通职业技术学院,通过深入分析它们在实施“五育并举”教育方针中的实践案例,揭示基层党组织如何在教育改革中发挥关键作用。研究亮点包括对美育与劳动教育的创新整合、跨学科师资队伍的系统化培养以及校企合作的深化,展示了这些策略在提升学生社会责任感、职业技能和创新思维方面的显著成效。研究发现,尽管各院校在资源配置、师资培训和学生参与度方面面临共性挑战,但通过基层党组织的有效领导和创新实践,这些问题得到了有效解决。为高职院校提供了宝贵的经验和实证依据,凸显了创新教育模式和强化党组织引导作用在提升教育质量和学生全面发展中的核心价值。通过这些探索和实践,文章为职业教育的未来发展提出了新思路和战略建议。Focusing on three national"Double High"colleges in Guizhou Province:Guizhou Light Industry Polytechnic College,Tongren Polytechnic College and Guizhou Jiaotong Polytechnic College,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of their practical cases in implementing the"Five-education Integration"educational policy.The research highlights innovative aesthetic and labor education integrations,systematically cultivating interdisciplinary teaching staff and deepening school-enterprise cooperation.These strategies have significantly enhanced students'sense of social responsibility,vocational skills and innovative thinking.The study finds that although these colleges face common challenges in resource allocation,teacher training,and student engagement,these issues have been effectively addressed through the effective leadership and innovative practices of grassroots Party organizations.This research provides valuable experiences and empirical evidence for higher vocational colleges,highlighting innovative educational models'core value and strengthening Party leadership in improving educational quality and comprehensive student development.Through these explorations and practices,the paper proposes new ideas and strategic suggestions for the future development of vocational education.
