摘 要:随着博士研究生招生规模的持续扩大,延期毕业人数不断增加,其所带来的负面效应十分明显。针对这一现象,本文从研究生培养学制、论文要求、导师和学生等不同角度分析了造成博士研究生延期毕业的原因,从研究生招生、培养、毕业、学制、资助、导师、沟通机制等环节出发,提出破解博士研究生延期毕业困局的对策:提高博士研究生招生选拔标准,多措并举提高生源质量;强化博士研究生课程教学,夯实博士研究生培养环节,并在多节点设置分流退出渠道;以破“五唯”为契机,建立博士研究生科研成果的多元化评价体系,同时提高师生对学位论文的重视;调整博士研究生学制,同时为延期毕业的博士研究生筹措资金,缓解其经济压力;规范博士生导师资格评聘机制,同时建立师生矛盾化解渠道。华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院的实践证明:以上对策的实施,有助于解决博士研究生延期毕业难题,减少博士研究生延期毕业对培养单位、导师和博士研究生个人造成的不利影响,在保证培养质量的前提下,帮助博士研究生成长成才、顺利毕业。With the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of doctoral student,the number of delayed doctoral graduate students is also increasing,and the negative effects are very obvious.In view of this phenomenon,this study analyzes the underlying reasons for delayed graduation from different perspectives such as the educational system of graduate training,graduation paper requirement,supervisor and student,and forms a set of countermeasures covering graduate enrollment,training,graduation,study duration,scholarship,supervisor,communication mechanism and other links,trying to solve the dilemma of postponed completion of doctoral study.The following measures are taken:raise the admission standards for doctoral students,adopt multiple measures to improve the quality of student intake;strengthen the curriculum and teaching for doctoral students,consolidate the doctoral training process,and establish exit channels at various stages;seize the opportunity presented by breaking the"Five Onlys",establish a diversified evaluation system for doctoral students'research achievements,and enhance the importance attached to the supervision of doctoral dissertations by both students and supervisors;adjust the duration of doctoral studies,allocate funds for doctoral students who need to extend their studies to alleviate their financial pressures;standardize the evaluation and appointment mechanism for doctoral supervisors,and establish channels for resolving conflicts between supervisors and students.The practices in College of Life Science and Technology,HUST proves that the implementation of this series of countermeasures promotes the solution of the problem of delayed graduation of doctoral students,overcomes the negative impact of doctoral students'delayed graduation on training organizations,supervisors and doctoral students,and lets doctoral students grow and graduate smoothly on the premise of ensuring the quality of training.
