摘  要:教育惩戒在教育过程中具有不可替代的作用。教育惩戒对于维护教育教学秩序、促进公平正义和培养学生德性具有重要的价值意蕴。但现实中,教育惩戒由于方式上没有坚持秩序、结果上没有保障正义和目的上没有体现德性导致教育惩戒背离了其应有的价值而走向缺位、滥用的歧途。教育惩戒需要在伦理价值基础上遵循秩序与自由相统一、正义与差异相统一、德性与人性相统一原则,以促进教师教育惩戒权发挥其育人作用,促进学生全面自由地发展。Educational punishment plays an irreplaceable role in the educational process.Educational punishment has important value implications for maintaining educational and teaching order,promoting fairness and justice,and cultivating student morality.However,in reality,due to the lack of adherence to order in terms of methods,the lack of guarantee of justice in terms of results,and the failure to reflect virtue in terms of objectives,educational punishment deviates from its rightful value and leads to a path of omission and abuse.Educational punishment needs to follow the principles of unity between order and freedom,justice and difference,and morality and human nature on the basis of ethical values,in order to promote the educational role of teachers in punishment and promote the comprehensive and free development of students.
