摘 要:目的:系统评价脑电生物反馈对儿童青少年注意缺陷多动障碍患者核心症状以及持续改善的干预效果。方法:检索Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库,从建库至2023年5月1日公开发表的随机对照试验,使用Review Manager 5.4软件进行meta分析,Stata 17.0软件进行发表偏倚检测。结果:共纳入14篇文献,meta分析结果显示,脑电生物反馈对儿童青少年注意缺陷多动障碍患者核心症状(SMD=0.35,95%CI:0.19~0.52,P<0.001)、学习能力(SMD=0.26,95%CI:0.05~0.48,P<0.05)和对立违抗行为(SMD=0.24,95%CI:0.07~0.42,P<0.01)的改善效果有统计学意义;在核心症状(SMD=0.31,95%CI:0.13~0.49,P<0.001)和学习能力(SMD=0.27,95%CI:0.06~0.49,P<0.05)的持续改善效果中具有统计学意义。结论:脑电生物反馈可以持续改善儿童青少年注意缺陷多动障碍患者的核心症状。Objective:To systematically evaluate the intervention effect of electroencephalographic biofeedback on the core symptoms as well as the sustained effects of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in adolescents.Methods:Web of Science,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane library,China Biomedical Literature Database,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang database were searched.Retrieval of publicly available randomized controlled trials published from the time of construction to May 1,2023.Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.4 software,and publication bias detection was performed using Stata 17.0 software.Results:A total of 14 studies were included,and meta-analysis showed that EEG biofeedback had a statistically significant effect on improving core symptoms(SMD=0.35,95%CI:0.19-0.52,P<0.001),learning ability(SMD=0.26,95%CI:0.05-0.48,P<0.05),oppositional defiant behaviour(SMD=0.24,95%CI:0.07-0.42,P<0.01)in children and adolescents with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder,statistically significant in the effects of sustained improvement in core symptoms(SMD=0.31,95%CI:0.13-0.49,P<0.001)and learning ability(SMD=0.27,95%CI:0.06-0.49,P<0.05).Conclusion:EEG biofeedback is effective in improving core symptoms and sustaining improvement in children and adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
