高校开展非学历教育培训面临的困境及对策

摘  要:建设全民终身学习的学习型社会是我国教育的主要方向,在这一背景下,高校非学历教育水平提升显得至关重要。但目前高校非学历教育面临定位不清、管理机制不健全、师资力量不足等问题。因此,从理论基础、基本定位、机制构建以及实现路径出发,探讨解决方法,提出高校非学历教育应树立科学的发展理念以提升办学层次,制定良好的教育制度以促进高等教育与非学历教育协同创新、融合发展的策略。The construction of a lifelong learning society is the main direction of education in China.Under this background,it is very important to improve the level of non-academic education in colleges and universities.However,the current non-academic education faces problems such as unclear positioning,imperfect management mechanisms,and insufficient faculty strength.Therefore,this paper explores solutions from the perspectives of theoretical foundations,basic positioning,mechanism construction and implementation paths.It concludes that higher education institutions should establish a scientific development concept to improve the level of running a school,and formulate a good education system to promote collaborative innovation and integrated development between higher education and non-academic education.
