高职护理专业课实施课程思政的有效路径探析

摘  要:高职院校在护理专业课教学中开展课程思政建设,有利于培养理论知识、实践技能、职业道德兼具的高素质人才,完成立德树人根本任务,推动高职教育改革。高职院校应遵循全员、全过程、全方位育人原则,强化专业教师的课程思政教学意识,深入挖掘教材中的思政教育元素,结合课程思政要求开发专业课程标准和教案,注重双向学习路径并加强学习反馈,从而推动护理专业课程思政建设,培养更多德才兼备的医护人才。The implementation of curriculum ideology and politics education in nursing courses in vocational colleges is conducive to cultivating high-quality talents with theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and professional ethics,completing the fundamental task of foster character and civic virtue,and promoting the reform of vocational education.Vocational colleges should follow the principles of educating all staff,the whole process,and all aspects of education,strengthen the ideological and political teaching awareness of professional teachers,deeply explore the ideological and political education elements in textbooks,develop professional curriculum standards and lesson plans in combination with the ideological and political requirements of the curriculum,pay attention to two-way learning paths,and strengthen learning feedback,so as to promote the curriculum ideology and politics education construction of nursing professional courses and cultivate more medical talents with both morality and ability.
