摘  要:中职班主任的班级管理工作事关学生的学习和发展,但传统的班级管理模式已难以适应复杂的管理需求,探索符合现代中职教育特点的班级管理方法势在必行。班主任应找准自身角色定位,通过加强德育、提升学生的职业技能素养、优化师生关系、完善班级管理制度、开展多样化的班级活动以及创新信息化管理手段,全面提升班级管理水平,以更好地培养符合社会和时代需要的技术型人才。The class management work of vocational school homeroom teachers is related to students'learning and development,but the traditional class management model is no longer suitable for complex management needs.It is imperative to explore class management methods that are in line with the characteristics of modern vocational education.Class teachers should find their own role positioning,strengthen moral education,enhance students'vocational sklls and qualities,optimize teacher-student relationships,improve class management systems,carry out diversified class activities,and innovate information management methods to comprehensively improve class management level,in order to better cultivate technical talents that meet the needs of society and the times.
