摘　　要：社会在劳动力需求与供给上的整体性矛盾、部分大学生在就业理念方面的狭隘性、高校传统人才培养模式的不足与弊端,使得高校毕业生的就业形势发生了重大变化。只有学生改变就业观念和就业心态,提高自身核心竞争力,高职院校转变就业指导与服务观念,改革人才培养模式与管理体制,社会营造良好的就业氛围与就业环境,高职院校毕业生的就业问题才能真正得到解决,从而实现高职院校毕业生的成功就业。The overall contradiction between labor demand and supply in society,the narrowness of college students'employment concepts,and the shortcomings and drawbacks of traditional talent training models in universities have made the employment situation for college graduates have occurred significant changes.Only when students change their employment concepts and attitudes,enhance their core competitiveness,vocational colleges transform their employment guidance and service concepts,reform their talent training models and management systems,and create a good employment atmosphere and environment in society,can the employment problems of vocational college graduates be truly solved,thereby achieving successful employment for vocational college graduates.
