摘  要:在“快乐体育”视角下,体育运动训练存在训练强度和难度失衡、训练内容单调乏味、训练过程缺乏个性化指导、运动训练安全保障不足等问题,直接影响学生的身体素质与体育兴趣的培养。文章从实施分层教学与个性化设计、平衡训练强度与难度,整合游戏化元素、提升训练内容的趣味性和吸引力,引入多元评价体系、激励学生积极参与,强化安全教育与设施保障、优化训练安全保障机制等方面,对“快乐体育”视角下的体育运动训练质量提升路径进行探讨,旨在促进学生身心健康全面发展,激发其体育运动的兴趣。From the perspective of"Happy Sports",sports training faces problems such as imbalanced training intensity and difficulty,monotonous and boring training content,lack of personalized guidance during the training process,and insufficient safety guarantees for sports training,which directly affect the cultivation of students'physical fitness and sports interest.The article explores the path to improving the quality of sports training from the perspective of"Happy Sports"by implementing hierarchical teaching and personalized design,balancing training intensity and difficulty,integrating gamification elements,enhancing the fun and attractiveness of training content,introducing a diversified evaluation system,encouraging students to actively participate,strengthening safety education and facility guarantees,optimizing training safety guarantee mechanisms,etc.The aim is to help students develop their physical and mental health comprehensively and stimulate their long-term interest in participating in sports.
